It is a time to enjoy but also to remember that there are those less fortunate. For these, something as small as a decoration could mean a little hope at this time of year.<br />

	<title>A self portrait in trueSpace</title>

The resulting model has been tweaked in trueSpace 7.5 and rendered using the lightworks engine. It has HDRI and one local light. All textures were generated by Genhead and processed in Photoshop CS. The glasses are a simple poly model made in trueSpace. Photorealism is not normally my thing but I really enjoyed messing with this over the last few days.]]>

Again, this image tries to emulate the original poster even down to the noise and ageing. Pig model created in trueSpace 7 using poly model with SDS applied. Composited in Photoshop using stock footage of lightning and movie style fonts. Took a few hours from concept but these are more 'proof of concept' to use as a proposal for calendars, cards an posters.<br />
Whole thing desaturated and painted a little manually for an authentic look. Hope you like this one. Comments welcome as always.]]>
